What are the shipping times? Shipping times depend on the payment method, order preparation can begin in
a few hours or several days; here's what changes:

- Payment by bank transfer: we will receive your bank transfer in 1-4 days and within the working day

Of course it is possible to pay on delivery in cash to the courier, this service will have a cost for the service

Who can pay in installments with Soisy? Soisy does not exclude categories of buyers a priori: self-employed workers, freelancers, employees, fixed-term workers... everyone can ask for an installment payment from Soisy through an affiliated e-commerce site. The evaluation process is rigorous but we don't waste your time: in 1 minute we give you a quote and in 3 minutes an answer.However, keep in mind that to obtain financing with us you must have:
- at least 18 years old residence in Italy for at least 3 years
- good creditworthiness (which means not having reports in credit databases)
- a regular and demonstrable income
- an active current account at an Italian bank.

- photo of your ID on the front and back
- photo/selfie with the hand gesture that the system asks you for
- photo of the front/back health card
Currently at Soisy we offer the possibility of paying in installments only using your IBAN and not your credit card .
This choice was made for many reasons: first of all the lower diffusion of cards compared to current accounts (13.8 million cards vs 45 million current accounts); and then above all for safety reasons. The IBAN, in fact, is an identification code of a current account through which it is only possible to make payments to the account holder; it is not possible to charge expenses or make unauthorized withdrawals starting from the IBAN only.
What type of contract will I sign if I choose to pay in installments with Soisy? Here you can find the general conditions of the service for those who request to pay in installments with Soisy. How and when will I repay the installments if I choose Soisy as a payment method?For the payment of the installments you don't have to worry about anything: no postal slip, queues at the post office and zero paperwork; we will automatically withdraw the installment from the IBAN of the bank account you entered during registration , without you having to do anything.
You will pay the first installment starting 30 days after purchase.
By entering your personal Soisy area, you can see your repayment plan and the dates of each installment payment at any time.
If you want, you can also repay the loan early , without any penalty or additional cost: write to us at ufficio@soisy.it because we have to calculate the residual debt and verify that the debit of the next installment to your bank has not already started. Bureaucratic and boring things, in short, but we'll take care of it: we'll reply by sending you an email with all the details of the amount to be paid by bank transfer.
