Made from food grade steel on the inside and covered in BPE free plastic, this fryer immediately presents itself to the buyer as having considerable durability, thanks to its resistance to corrosion and its intent to support your health and the environment. Furthermore, its shape increases its internal capacity from 3.2L without increasing its size, making it usable even in the smallest spaces.
Its innovative anti-odor system, which exploits the need for little oil, is undoubtedly one of its strong points. 2-3 tablespoons of oil are enough (90% less than a normal fryer) to give the foods inside the device the right taste without putting up with the smell of used oil or tiring cooking procedures. Finally, its grease storage system allows the user to easily clean the device after use.
